The Technique and Technology of Disintegration Company (TTD) has developed a number of technological units designed for processing placer and core deposits containing large, medium, and fine gold.
What makes TTD technology different from all other technologies used in Russia and abroad?
Disintegration efficiency
It is known that placer deposits can differ in the degree of
washing (separation of the granular part, including gold particles from clay) in
5-10 times. There are known deposits with a high content of gold, however
extraction of it by traditional technology due to the large content of
clay does not exceed 20-30%. As a rule, this is due primarily to
insufficient disintegration of the initial material.
TTD has developed and successfully applies the technology of disintegration in centrifugal disintegrators-scrubbers. The specific productivity of such disintegrators is 50-60 m3 per 1 m3 of the disintegrator volume.
Special enrichment technology in jigging machines
According to the leading institute of Russia, the limit of the size of the effective extraction of gold on the jigging machines is 100-150 microns, whereas according to the TTD technology, even with the use of standard machines, the effective size of gold (at which the recovery is at least 92-95%) is 44-50 microns. With the development of centrifugal enrichment in our company (a new generation centrifugal jigging machine), the effective size can be reduced to 10-20 microns.
Special technology for finishing gravity concentrates
Over the course of TTD's work in the field of gold enrichment, we have tested almost all the technologies commonly used in Russia and abroad. None of them have been satisfactory, either due to their low productivity or the complexity of the poorly controlled process. We have developed and tested an original finishing technology using our own equipment. The productivity of this technology ranges from 0.5 to 5 tons per hour, and the technological processes are clear and can be adjusted using simple methods based on mechanical parameters (rotation speed and nozzle diameters).
Thus, on the basis of new technologies, the implementation of which is possible only on our equipment, it becomes possible to work out any placer deposits by mineral composition and geological genesis.
Below is a brief information about some of the TTD company’s developments, designed for working out both exploration samples and industrial facilities.
"OLENEK" Portable Processing Complex
Designed for extracting placer gold with a size of up to 44 microns and a capacity of 0.2 to 1.0 m3/hour
"ANABAR" Small-Scale Processing Complex
Designed for the extraction of gold with a size of 44 microns and a capacity of 2.0 to 5 m3/hour.
"ALDAN" Small-Scale Processing Complex
Designed to extract gold up to 44 microns in size and with a capacity
from 12 to 15 m3/hour
"KOLYMA" Mining Complex
Designed to extract gold from placers with a capacity of
35-40 m3/hour
"ONON" Mining Complex

Modular enrichment plant
Designed for extracting gold from hard rock deposits with a capacity of
10 t/hour
The proposed technologies are simplified to a certain extent, so when developing a real deposit, its scheme and hardware solution may vary depending on the size of the extracted gold, the mineral composition of the ore, the mining conditions, and other factors.
Some simplifications have been made on purpose, and the main technological features have not been shown to prevent its reproduction without the authors’ involvement (all our equipment is patented in Russia and abroad).
"OLENEK" Portable Processing Complex
The «OLENEK» complex is indispensable for prospecting and exploration work, and can also be used for finishing operations when extracting large and small gold particles from larger installations.
The composition of the complex:
- Material feeding and disintegration unit:
- a hopper with a capacity of 200 l;
- a screen feeder;
- a centrifugal disintegrator;
- a hydrocyclone;
- a sand pump.
- Gold Extraction Unit:
- a sump with a volume of 100 l;
- a pump;
- jigging machine;
- short-cone hydrocyclones.
- The concentrate refinement unit:
- selective grinding mill;
- a vibrating screen.
- The energy block:
- 5 kW diesel generator;
- 1 m3 diesel fuel tank.
The «OLENEK» complex weighs about 1.5 tons and can be transported by any road or air transport
"ANABAR" Small-Scale Processing Complex
The ANABAR complex is used for exploration work on placer deposits of various mineral compositions and various geological origins. Sometimes the complex can perform an independent mining function.
The composition of the complex:
- The material supply and disintegration unit consists of:
- bunkers with a volume of 1.5-5 m3. with a skip lift;
- vibrating screen with feeder;
- the flushing classifier;
- the centrifugal disintegrator.
- The gold extraction unit consists of:
- zumpfa volume of 1 m3.
- the jigging machine;
- The sand pump;
- short-cone hydrocyclones or centrifugal jigging.
- The concentrate refinement unit consists of:
- the concentration table;
- centrifugal jigging machine;
- selective grinding mills;
- vibrating screen.
- The energy block consists of:
- 16 kW diesel generator;
- diesel fuel tanks with a volume of 15 m3.
The weight of the ANABAR complex is about 12 tons and it can be transported by any car or air transport..
"ALDAN" Small-Scale Processing Complex
The ALDAN complex is used in mining operations on placer deposits of various genesis and is most convenient for working on small areas. The complex is based on a chassis with a sled transfer and can be easily transported both on dirt roads and off-road.
The complex weighs 22 tons
"KOLYMA" Mining Complex
